Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may occasionally change your mind. Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Prepaid Orders: If you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partners, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery at your doorstep, and a refund (minus shipping charges, if applicable) will be processed once the package returns to our warehouse.
