Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly.
Prepaid Orders: For returns or cancellations of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account. Our support team will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the transfer.
Non-refundable Items: Gift cards, clearance sale items, and intimates are strictly non-refundable due to hygiene and policy reasons.
